ABOUT GWC

Created in 2018, Gladiator Wrestling Club has been creating champions both on and off the mat. Sporting a coaching staff with experience at both the collegiate and international levels, athletes of all levels will benefit from our training. We offer year-round training and instruction (including competitive Greco/freestyle), private sessions, film review and nutritional advice, Gladiator prides itself on giving wrestlers all the tools they will need to be successful, regardless of experience or skill level.

TYLER WESTLUND 

GWC HEAD COACH 

Tyler has an illustrious career as a wrestler as well as a coach at Greenon High School. He was a world class athlete for the Air Force WCAP, 2016 Olympic trials qualifier, 4x freestyle and Greco Air Force champion, CISM freestyle world team member, HS Folkstyle National Champion, HS Folkstyle All- American, 3x World team trials qualifier, 2020 Olympic hopeful, and Team Ohio Greco Coach.

ANDY LEWIS

GWC ASSISTANT COACH, GWC HEAD YOUTH WRESTLING COACH

Andy takes pride in serving his community, coaching, and helping local athletes chase their dreams. He is the Co-Owner and assistant coach of the Gladiator Wrestling Club. He is the Xenia High School Head Wrestling coach and former head coach for Xenia MS Wrestling (9 years).

ZACH WESTLUND 

GWC ASSISTANT COACH 

Zach is a Illinois State Qualifier, 3X Illinois Greco State Placer, HS Folkstyle All American, and Assistant Coach at Greenon HS.

LANCE WAGNER 

GWC ASSISTANT COACH 

Lance is a Fargo Greco National Champ, Freestyle All American, 2X - D1 Ohio State Place Winner 3/3, and Former Olympic Training Center Resident Athlete.

DEVAN HENDRICKS 

GWC RESIDENT ATHLETE 

Devan is a 3x Ohio State Place Winner (2016-19)  and D1 wrestler @ Bellarmine University 2020-present, where he placed 6th at D2 Regionals.
